This morning was a depressing moment in our lives. Our hearts were crushed like trash in the trash compactor :( . We had to part ways with our families in Tres Equis and our new friends Manuel and Danny cried and we even shed a few tears. After a long journey in the bus, we arrived at the dark and scary caves and boy were they dark scary! Our first obstacle in our quest was the BIRTH CANAL! It was a tight squeeze, but we all popped out eventually! After much guano on our hands and multiple injuries, we finally escaped the dark depths of the dark and scary caves! Hooray! After the caves, we went to our hotel and saw a scary volcano! Ahhh! ¡Muy caliente! We thought it might explode! Luckily, it didn't! We went to la casa de el presidente and ate a delicious dinner. Doak sang a song and we all loved it! I'm just kidding, it wasn't very good. Patrick played with some sticks and made music while keeping the rhythm like Neil Peart. Now we are writing in the diary and sharing memories of Capítan. Tomorrow is zip lining and the hot springs. So excited! That's all for now. See you Friday!
