Hola! We just arrived at the beach in Puerto Limón. Today, Group 1 faced the most extreme excursion yet! We woke up very early to prepare for our day of rappelling and travel. For most of us, rappelling off cliffs was a little scary, but everyone encouraged each other to jump off the cliffs and face their fears. We have already created special bonds with each other, and going through challenges together only strengthens these bonds. Overall, rappelling was a ton of fun, and I think most of us would do it again if we had the opportunity. After rappelling, we ate a delicious lunch and changed into some dry clothes before hitting the road for our 6 hour journey to Puerto Limón. Although our afternoon was filled with fun things like naps, snacks--that coconut water in the picture--, and animal sightings, I'm sure this group is happy to be out of the bus! We are enjoying dinner now, and we cannot wait to relax on the beach for the next few days. We hope you enjoy the pictures!
Pura Vida,
Caroline P
