Brooks and Knox (Group 2)

Group 2 woke up to no running water and no electricity this morning but it's all good because we still got pancakes. Then we met Tino and Michael who took us through tours in the rainforest where we were shown many poisonous animals and plants, along with many beautiful looking and smelling plants. While there, we were introduced to the banana spider which crawled on our face:

Then we enjoyed lunch at a hut-style restaurant. After this we headed on a second mini-hike where we saw gorgeous views of the Carribbean Ocean:
After this, we went kayaking down a small river where we saw an actual, real Spider Monkey (and yes we're being legit). Unfortunately, no pictures of the spider monkey were taken. After this, we had about 45 minutes to swim and play I the clear, blue waters of the Carribbean. We just have arrived back from dinner where we had an American waiter from California. As of now, we're enjoying each other's company while we play cards. Tomorrow we're looking forward to the snorkeling very first thing in the morning!!
Pura Vida!
