Group 3:The Regime (Splash Gang)

Hola,Pura Vida, we started off the day by taking an extremely scenic drive on a long uphill/downhill drive on the way to our repelling adventure. We started off the canyoning by blasting off of a 165 feet canyon which came equipped with a splashtastic waterfall. The excitement and adrenaline could be felt through the air. As we entered the second repelling jump, it was a mere 88ft but it went into a waterfall. The landing was a pool of murky water. In the the second repelling, we tried to get it in one jump but none of us fully succeeded. Most of the guys did it in two or three jumps. As we approached the third jump on our glorious trek, we all made it down pretty easily until Amelia let out her roar of fear as she approached the jump, she jumped and kept going down, letting out her guerrilla roar. She made it down easy yet our ears hurt. In the fourth repell we had to repell into a big pool of water. We all tried to make the jump in one but they would not let us. We were all quite saddened by this but our repelling adventure was over. All of a sudden after we accomplished our repelling journey, we quickly made an observation that we were nowhere near our bus and the only thing around us was a treacherous path back up the mountain. We easily overcame the hardships with only a few aches and pains. After lunch we began our journey to the cave. The most feared activity in Costa Rica. We ventured down to the cave and were quickly greated with a variety of elements that would make any human being crawl up into a fetal position. We were met with the thing that puts hair on a mans chest, "the Birth Canal". (Don't forget we have multiple kids with extreme cases of clostraphobia). Some of the bros pummeled through there fear as nothing is worse then being called a "sissy" for a lack of better words. After squeezing through the crooks and crannies of the bat infested cave sunlight became visible as some of the boys thought the light would never be seen again. Ultimately, splash gang conquered the towering canyons and the minature caves as we closed on an adventurous day.

P.S: I haven't gotten in any trouble yet.
