This morning we were awakened by a strange flapping in our room. With screams and shouts of fear we realized that a bat had ended up flying in circles around our room. Half of us (Patrick, Robert, Davis) ended up in the bathroom and the other half (Doak and Spencer) made a run for help. Calmly, Jill walked into the room, picked up a towel, and got to work. Doak waved a towel in an attempt to chase the bat out, but Jill snatched the bat clean out of mid air and released it out the window. Through the entire experience Captain Jake stayed in his room frozen with fear.
